End User Agreement

This End User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Ceres Bazaar governing your use of the Ceres Bazaar software, platform, and related services ("Software").

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Ceres Bazaar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party
  • Use the Software to develop competing products or services
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
  • Use the Software in any way that violates applicable law

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Ceres Bazaar retains all ownership, title, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

4. Updates and Changes

Ceres Bazaar may update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time with or without notice. Updates may be required for continued use. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Software.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Software. By submitting content, you grant Ceres Bazaar a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Software for:

  • Any unlawful purpose
  • Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
  • Unauthorized collection or use of others' personal data
  • Transmitting malicious code or interfering with the Software's operation
  • Commercial purposes without express written permission

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Ceres Bazaar may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Ceres Bazaar EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Ceres Bazaar BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Ceres Bazaar'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of State of [Your State], United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of State of [Your State], United States.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ceres Bazaar regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
